Advanced Practice
Dive deeper into your practice with intensive study. For serious students with over two years of previous yoga practice. Level 3.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow
A vigorous and dynamic style of yoga with special attention to linking breathing with movement. This total mind and body workout improves strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Previous yoga experience recommended. Level 2
Beginning Ashtanga
Ashtanga Yoga for all levels is a class that is
user friendly for beginner yogis and can also be challenging for the
intermediate yogi. The class introduces modifications for both
beginners and intermediates that allow them to work at the level they
prefer. Beginners are taught to back off a bit and intermediates are
encouraged to go deeper into postures. Thus, any level student can
participate and develop their own personal yoga program that can be also be
used for practice at home. Level 1-2.
Baby and Me

Bends, Balance, and Breath
Invigorate yourself with challenging poses which cultivate deep back and forward bends, balance, and pranayama (breath control). One year of prior yoga experience recommended. Level 2-3.
Family Yoga
Get your family together, and embark on the journey of yoga through play and movement. Appropriate for ages 2-12.
Gentle Yoga
Experience a supportive way to open and heal the body. Therapeutic and relaxing. Level 1.
Morning Glory
“Conscious movement of the body is a prayer in motion” Trista teaches a traditional hatha practice including asana, pranayama and meditation. Classes range from gentle to moderate and all experience levels are welcome. Level 1-3.

Yoga
is an excellent way to prepare for the birth of your baby and
motherhood. The practice of yoga offers ways to release
physical tension, emotional stress, fatigue, and other common
discomforts associated with pregnancy. Learn gentle yoga
postures, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques to restore
balance and deepen your connection with your body, baby, and other
pregnant women in the community.
Classes are open to all healthy pregnant women. Please consult with your caregiver before beginning. Women who have a history of miscarriage should wait until the 2nd trimester to give the pregnancy time to settle. Contact the instructor to pre-register, or if you have any questions.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a series of simple poses put together in a way to challenge the body mind and spirit. Power Yoga will build strength, flexibility, endurance and balance while calming the mind giving a more centered feeling. The intensity of the workout is up to you listen to your body know when to push and when to surrender. Most important the breath must remain deep and smooth. Power Yoga teaches us to stay calm in uncomfortable and challenging situations tapping into the power within each of us. Level 3.
Rise and Shine
Multi-level morning yoga class. The beginner and the advanced are able to explore asanas with guided instruction corresponding to your degree of flexibility. If you have specific asanas you want to work on, this is a great class to attend. Laurel provides detail and insight to proper body positioning depending on your flexibility. Pranayama is offered with each class. Please have at least one year of yoga experience or inform your instructor otherwise. Level 1-2.
Yoga 108
A class for the new beginner. No prior knowledge of yoga expected! Please come wearing comfortable clothes. Yoga mats available. Level 1.
