Flying is a dance between Shiva and
Shakti, which utilizes the compliments of strong grounding energy and fluid receptive

$45 if you register for class before September 22,
$55 after that date,
$135 for the whole weekend.
Yin Yoga is an ideal practice to complement the more muscularly active “Yang” Yoga’s that we are used to i.e. Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga. We will focus on the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. We will explore holding postures for 3-5 minutes, as we go deeper into our connective tissues we will root deeper into our minds as well. Yin Yoga is a great practice for those that meditate as it prepares the body for longer more comfortable sits. Class will end with a 25-minute meditation. No experience with Yoga is necessary.
